 DOES FOOD COME WITH THE PICNIC PACKAGE? CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

A: Clients who book a standard picnic are provided 1 snack per person. Clients who book a lux picnic are provided 2 snacks, as well as a charcuterie board that feeds the party size. Clients may absolutely bring in their own food to their picnic.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE PICNIC?

A: No, please leave that to us! All you need to do is come in and enjoy your luxury picnic. We just ask that all trash in disposed in the proper waste baskets that was provided. If you have a vendor come and prepare food, we ask that you clear their set up they have prepared. We are only responsible for our picnic setup.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?

A:If event is canceled for personal unforeseen circumstances, no portion of the payment/retainer/deposit paid to the Event Planner will be returned; transfers will be allowed at our discretion. If cancelling an event with a 48 hour notice and final payment has been made, we will allow for a reschedule given your future date is available for booking. If cancelling with less than a 48 hour notice, rescheduling will be allowed at our discretion. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy).

CAN WE USE THE SETUP FOR LONGER THAN SCHEDULED TIME?

A: Yes, you are allowed to use the set up longer that the two hours provided in the package if availibility permits. However, this must be arranged with us during your consultation. Please note there will be an additional fee for any extra time added to your picnic package.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PICNIC?

A: The sooner you let us know, the better! We do ask for a minimum 10 day notice when inquiring on a picnic date. This is to ensure we can accomadate your picnic request and have all requested items ready upon your arrival.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

A: Due to our policy, we unfortunatley will not be able to refund your bookings due to inclement weather. We ask that you please check the forecast in advance. If the weather forecast has changed, we will reach out to you 48 hours before the your picnic to discuss options. During the initial consultation, we will ask you to provide a backup inside location in case of inclement weather. If you do not want to have your picnic inside, you have three weeks to contact us to reschedule your picnic date. If you do not reschedule within the three weeks alloted, you will need to put down a new deposit to reserve your new picnic date, as well as pay the remainder which is due three days before the event.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY PICNIC?

A: You can choose to have your picnic at one of the many park locations listed. If you do not see your park listed, you can choose other and we can discuss if your desired park is servicable based on guidelines provided by the city. We also offer the option to come to your home as well. Whether you would like a nice backyard, patio, or living room set up, we can deliver!
